Grain Quality

Grain quality is going to be a persistent pest for the rest of this year. With the moisture levels that this crop was put up at it will leave many challenges for any who try to store it. There are already reports and issues all over the country and even locally that we are seeing pop up with the quality of this year’s crop. These include moisture, mold, heat damage, odor, and FM. It is very important to know what you have and what condition it is in. Please remember to check bins regularly and stay ahead of any potential problems especially as we begin to see warmer days.
